Step by step

How 360 Reviews works

1. Create an evaluation

It's easy to create a new 360 evaluation in SimplyPulse. You can start in three different ways:

  • Start with a blank evaluation and add your own categories and questions
  • Copy a previous evaluation to reuse the structure and questions
  • Use standard questions from SimplyPulse to get started quickly

The questions in the evaluation can be either scale questions (1–5) or free-text questions, and are organized into categories—for example, communication, collaboration, or leadership. The categories make it easy to compile and present the results clearly in the report.

2. Select who will provide feedback

For each person being evaluated, you choose who will respond.

Examples of respondent groups:

  • Manager
  • Colleagues
  • Directly reporting employees
  • Self-assessment

This makes it possible to get a broad picture of how the person is perceived within the organization.

3. Send out the survey

Respondents receive a personal link and can respond directly in their browser.

No login is required, making it easy to participate.

4. See the results in a clear report

Once the responses have been received, the results are automatically compiled into a report.

The report shows, among other things , ratings per category,comparisons between different respondent groups, andfree-text comments.

The report can also be shared with the person being evaluated.
